I couldn't believe it either.
This photo is taken from the Dune de Pyla, on the French Atlantic coast, 60km west of Bordeaux. It is the tallest sand dune in Europe (Europe has sand dunes?) reaching 117m at its highest point. It is so so beautiful there, just stunning! We just wished we could have had more time there (and that Brittany could have been there). Next time we do the trip we'll definitely spend more time there.
